Our local squirrels seem to favour digging holes in our lawn to hide their nuts! This one looks as though he has a lot of red in his fur. A sweet shot Carol.

Well spotted and caught. I think they do forget ; our next door neighbour has a hazel tree , there are lots of squirrels here and we've had random hazel shoots popping up in our garden nowhere near the tree!
