Saw the Physio for the results of my shoulder x-ray,yesterday.AS I suspected ,it wasn't good news. My right shoulder has severe osteoarthritis and some osteoporosis.he is referring me to the orthopaedic department,so I'm just waiting to hear from them.
The pain is too intense to drive now,so I'm relying on family or taxis to take me to any appointments.
Many thanks for all your views, comments and favs, always much appreciated.
Oh Carol, I’m so sorry. Arthritis pain is so terrible. Hopefully the ortho doc can do something that will help and you won’t have to have surgery. Monday I got a cortisone shot in my arthritic knee, it eased my pain, I hope it lasts a long time.
Was just thinking of Lou Ann when I read this & see she’s commented above, hope it might be an option for you too perhaps. Lovely simple image. The pain is bad enough but not being able to drive very frustrating. It’s your freedom!
A really gorgeous shot! I love the colours, the soft background, the clear water droplet, and your simple composition! Big fav! (I'm so sorry about your shoulder and the pain you are having, Carol! I hope there is a way the pain can be suppressed for now and I really hope you can have the surgery you are needing as quickly as possible! xo)
Very nice close up shot. Great focus too. So sorry for you, just hoping you get rid of the pain and that you will be able to continue with your life without any problems.
Darn it all Carol, I hate to hear this. I have arthritis in my right hand, steroid injections help for about 6 months. Probably 4 years ago my shoulder was really bothering me and an orthopaedic doctor gave me an injection that is still relieving it today. 🙏🏻 you get relief.
You photo is awesome!
Sorry to hear about your shoulder, I do hope the orthopaedic department can at least provide you with some appropriate pain relief.
