Our friend,Alan,waving to us from his "steamer".Alan runs thr Hollowell Steam Fair",a fantastic show which has been running for years.All the proceeds go to local charities,especially the Air Ambulance and our local hospital.This usually runs into many thousands of pounds.Alan was awarded the MBE by Her Majesty several years ago,for his charitable works.Many thanks for all your lovely comments and Favs.I was so surprised this morning,when I saw two owl shots on the PP.thank you all so very much,I'm quite thrilled hat they have been received so well!
