Pucce by caterina

Pucce

Rye bread made by the owners of the hut in the Dolomites where we had lunch. The loaves are called "pucce" and can be dry and crunchy or soft. Best with speck, kind of smoked prosciutto, or cheese
That sounds so good

@caterina Caterina, I'll skip the horseradish, thanks, but maybe some caper and tomato salsa?

No no. That would be Mediterranean but here we are close to Austria. If you look carefully you'll see that on the blackboard the bread is called with its German name
