Running away from the heat of the city we went to a hut in the Dolomites. The view from there was just clouds, but the air was fresh and the food excellent
I like the composition - and the clouds I think help as nothing distracts from simple lines and colours. [Does the hut actually slope downhill right to left?]
@peadar yhank you Peter. Yes, indeed it does because on the right side there is the chairlift which is at the very top. Are you suggesting that I should have tilted the plane of the picture. Perhaps you are right. Thank you for making me noticing it
@caterina Caterina, to my eyes that looks much more balanced. I think the danger previously was that, even though the woodwork did tilt down to the left, without context it was a bit difficult to place it. I know not everyone will agree.
