sunset on the last snow

Thank you all for the comments and wishes of the last few days. Really appreciated.
Great starburst, and I love that the colour tone from the sun, is the same as on the larches. Beautiful. Take care and stay healthy.

Are you sure its the last?

@tunia no, but even if it will snow again it won’t remain on the ground. If it does I’ll have the chance for a photo!

Hi, Caterina. Glad you're back to photographing. We would all feel deprived, otherwise. Love the starburst. Never saw one just like that one. Fav. Stay well up there in your alpine wonderland.

What a dramatic statement the sun is making.
It's wonderful to know that you are safe and well and I send my best wishes for the health of you and your countrymen. XX

@tosee @365karly1 @robz thank you for your comments. Yes we are safe, so far. But this virus is so vicious that one should never feel too secure. My brother in law was also in a village in the Dolomites, apparently not exposed to any risk, but he developed a fever and is positive to Covid 19. We are holding our breath waiting to see how the disease will evolve. And we don’t understand how he got the contagion
