@caterina Please! I'm thinking chicken and mushroom in a cream and white wine sauce with one's choice of ribbon pasta. Or, chicken, mushroom, tomato and rosemary with penne or rigatoni. Mushroom with goat's cheese and parmesan...ok, I have to stop... it's too difficult not to go and eat something right now...

@peadar Peter, I am vegetarian so the chicken recipes don't appeal to me. And please don't eat pasta and chicken togeher! For an Italian that's blasphemy :-)

@caterina I never knew that! Well, unluckily for me I am not Italian, so I'm going to stick with the chicken. Mushroom with rocket and chilli, perhaps?

Or simply grilled with some persil? Chili is too strong, it would kill the delicate taste of the porcini
