I like this version a lot -- really brings my eye into the most important elements. One final thought, though...did you think it also could work as a landscape too? Maybe a 5X7 or 4X3 framing instead of the square?
@darylo thayou Daryl. Above there are windows, so there is no way to increase the red @taffy I can try to go back to that house and see if there is a way to take a rectangular picture without including the window on the left side.
A composition with great potential. Everyone has their version. That's why it is so wonderful. I agree with @darylo. I would cut the bottom of the photo and at the same time a little red on the right side. Go to abstract.
I love it. Personally, I would have liked it if you took a step to the right and got in more of the door knob, but that probably says more about me! It's a fabulous photo, I love the colours, I love the composition, it tells a story.
