This old gentleman had come to Verona to watch the arrival of the Giro, with his bicycle Bianchi, built in the 1950's, that he still uses frequently. When young he was close to become a professional cyclist. He stopped us and told us with great enthusiasm the story of his life. And of course he was happy to be my stranger #88. I too am close to the finish line!
