Three Empty Heads Reflecting

Their heads may be empty but their bellies are full. Probably will sit there all day. . .

@ladydi53 thank you, Diana. i adore cats and these are just some that i picked up at a dollar store because i found them amusing. have had them for years, their ears are chipped, keep thinking i will throw them away, but then i keep them.

@claireuk thank you, claire. their current home is on my hutch along with several other cats i have collected over the years. inexpensive but like how they capture the light and that one with the goldfish in its belly always makes me smile.

@sarasdadandmom found them maybe 10 years ago when cruising the isles of a dollar store with a friend of mine. paid $2 a piece for them. i have crystal animals i purchased at parties that i paid over $40 each for and these "look" just as nice although i know they are not crystal.

@gerry Gerry, you are so kind with your complements. i appreciate it so much. the window that is captured in the reflection is actually part of our front door. we purchased it used - there is a call-in radio show on every sunday morning and we heard it advertised and talked the seller down to $100. my husband had to replace the casing around the sidelights. we immediately went to the home repair store and priced it; it sold for $1175 - my husband has so many skills and such a good eye for a good deal. he did our house himself, with a little help from me and our boys.

@bud1rich thank you, Donna. i am really having such a good time with this challenge, trying to find creative ways to meet each day's requirements but still have an interesting photo. glad you liked it.

@summerfield HAHA! the children haven't caused the damage to these poor kitties. i have. they have chips in their ears from me dropping them on their heads when i clean them. look up klutz in the dictionary - if there is a picture of a salt and pepper haired woman next to the definition? that is me.

@alia_801 why thank you! tried to be a bit creative - it did not come out quite the way i hope but it has the three cats and reflections so i finally gave up and said, OK!

@gerry thank you. my husband is a very interesting man. he has dyslexia and can barely read or write but is so gifted in so many other ways. he used to think of himself as a stupid man; so glad he sees himself differently now. love and family can change the world.
