Iona

Iona is a wooden fishing boat built in the 1920's. It was originally built as a double ender (i.e. pointed stern) collector boat. It would collect the catch from fishing boats at sea and bring it in to the cannery so the other boats could continue fishing. It is now at Britannia Heritage Shipyards being restored.
