Not sure what a feed cutter is but that's what it says on the casing. For nf-sooc

Probably used to cut up feed for cattle. Think fodder - like corn stalks, etc. LOL! It's a cool black and white.

@marlboromaam is right. A feed cutter is used to chop up hay, oats, etc to mix with other forage as feed for cattle or pigs. Yes, I grew up on a farm.

Well according to the Madison County Historical Society a feed cutter is cuts straw, hay, or oats into small pieces for mixing with other forage to feed horses and cattle. ... This helps the animals digest their food. This is nice in its dusty, unused, gritty mode.
