This is one dedicated photographer! Less than 24 hours after returning home from a bit of surgery and posting. Not the best picture I ever took but it will do. There is no sunshine in Cincy today to this is it. My wonderful husband took me for a ride to a field of sunflowers that he found so I wouldn't miss the day. If anybody around here needs their plumbing fixed have I got the doc for you. Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes and favs. Anytime an anesthetic and a scalpel are involved I get a little nervous and I never dreamed I'd feel good enough to be posting today.

Yikes! I had no idea you went through surgery. Glad to hear everything came out all right. I even like you flower shot! It has an nice '60s psychedelic feel to it. Groovy!

I don't know why you don't think this is a good photo! It's fabulous. Wonderful comp and clarity and colour and I love all the little moth eaten petals. Fav for me. And make sure you take things easy. Recuperate after your surgery before you start taking photos and posting in earnest again xx

I was looking at your other shot and saw this in the thumbnail and knew immediately I was going to love it. Yes, I do love it and I can't believe you posted it right after surgery! That's amazing! I love the composition and close up of the center. It's a fav for me.
