The word for the day is dog or dressing up - so, where else could my mind have gone but Magic Maggie doing dress up. Now, she was not near as thrilled as I was. In fact, at times she was down right offended by the hat. It is really hard to make my gorgeous girl have a bad hair day - but I've managed in a few of these. She wasn't laughing much by the end of this but I sure was. So, for now I have let her go back to being herself instead of getting ready for her closeup.
I may try some more before the day is up but I am in to travel mode - we leave Saturday morning for Maui (Tom's trip this year for Terminix - and in case I haven't said it loud enough he is the #1 Tech in the United States). I will be gone 10 days with no way to upload shots, but I will be taking them, I promise. Today I called the insurance folks and made sure my camera things were insured - I have a lot of money riding in that bag. Then I went out to the feed mill to get some straw to try and slow the mud fest in the back yard. It isn't very pretty here right now. I've been getting clothes together for a while - a fancy banquet and other meetings and then the fun stuff. I will be here this week and hope to keep up but can't promise as I have a meeting tonight at church, Baby Bear on Wednesday and Book Club on Thursday.
