This is a twofer. See through is the word of the day. I worked at getting this fence to disappear at the Zoo. Our cheetahs are pretty famous. They are the ambassadors of the Cincinnati Zoo. They travel and do shows and are really quite tame. But there is still a fence around them - even if it isn't much of a one compared to some of the other animals. We were lucky to get to hear the keeper talk. Do you know that a cheetah has over 2000 spots!
Oh... how gorgeous is this? A Favsworth. What beautiful cheetahs. I know that they are famous from watching this. Please do take the time if you haven't seen it already to watch it all the way through including the credits when they show some of the outtakes. https://vimeo.com/53914149
Love how you got it to disappear. That's a ton of spots. I am a HUGE fan of the zoo's cheetah. I still need to catch it in a photo if it will slow down for me. Pan it perhaps;-).
@steampowered Thanks, Paul. That was exceptional. I have heard that when the cheetahs travel they stay right in the room with the handler. They are so gorgeous - that video showed every muscle movement.
@henrir The part between the wire was pretty wide and the closer that you focus on the cat the more the wire disappears. The cat has to be a bit far away from the fence. Too close and there is no chance of it happening.
I don't suppose you get to scratch their little furry heads? Nah probably a bad idea.
BTW It was pointed out to me that the theme tag is diptychs plural :)
