I had to do a shot that symbolized "relaxation" for me. I have been telling folks for a while now that discovering a deep love of photography several years ago = Prozac + Percocet. I lose track of time and the place that I am in becomes as small as the top of what will soon become a Pincushion flower. The only problem is getting up off the ground after I get the shot!
Beautiful colour & composition in this close up Cathy !! I agree with you when you get immersed into photography - it does relax you -and like you my garden ,painting & photography ,go hand in hand in helping me relax .
Such a clear shot! I understand what you say about relaxation. It's so wonderful laying out in the lawn on a wonderful warm day taking pictures of ants on the move or flowers blowing in the wind.
