I'll bet this is seaside. I hope that it runs between the high rises and the beach so the "average" people can enjoy the beach and the ocean too. Reminds me of the boardwalks further north.

@randystreat Yes, you are right. The tall condos face the street that runs behind and parallel to this. These small shops and restaurants are on the west side of the boardwalk that runs along Hollywood Beach. On the other side of the boardwalk is the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. This is all open to the public.
