Coromandel Lookout

View northwards while travelling between Thames and Coromandel. Yes there was a geocache hidden here too!

There were great views in both directions, but the sunshine only lasted a short time before the next rain shower came over.

I've just re-read this and realised you are at the Coromandel! I have a friend who lives there near Whangamata, right next to the beach. It looks like an amazing place to me! It's nice to see the greenery around, she only ever posts photos of the beach.

@casablanca Our home base is in the Bay of Plenty but I had a week off between work shifts. More pics to come as I’m well behind on posting again!

@chikadnz Oh wow, same area of NZ. How wonderful. I never worry about posting when I get behind - it happens when life happens sometimes! I don't worry about gaps, I just post for the day again when I am ready. Nice to have a week off :) Still haven't geocached yet, but probably not quite the time around here yet virus-wise, so close to London. But I saved the website you recommended!
