Photographed while walking in Tye Park, Welcome Bay, at approx 5.30pm this evening. The sun seems quite high in the sky still, but the days are lengthening and we switched over to daylight saving time a few weeks ago. A windy day with a few light showers passing over. We are supposed to be getting more rain overnight.
I spent some time watching kingfishers and a white-faced heron, before taking this photo on my phone as I was leaving the park to head home.
