@joev . It's a private house and garden in a very nice residential area, but this dwelling is in need of some tender loving care.

@mandygravil . Yes I think it was supposed to be a snake, to say the least it's rather strange, and judging by the other properties I imagine the neighbours wouldn't be very amused.
