Top left 13 week old Waffle (love the name) a little cute Cocker Poo. Below Waffle is Sammy a 10 year old GSD. On the right is a lovely note from Peppers owners (See day 199) that I found attached to a beautiful bunch of flowers that were layed on my doorstep when I came home together with a box of chocolates and a big bag of rather upmarket dog treats for Syd. Such a lovely thank you. π
@4rky@keenamateur@bkbinthecity@joev@sangwann@claudiet. Thank you all for your comments. It was a lovely surprise to find the note and gifts on my doorstep when I returned home. I phoned to thank them and enquire after little Pepper I am pleased to report that she is recovering slowly,
apparently she's a very nervous and timid little creature at the best of times. So π€for Pepper.
I hope they go around their garden and secure even the tiniest little gaps - might not have such a happy ending next time . Well deserved reward - they were clearly - and rightly - very grateful
@anniesue . It was lovely that they showed their appreciation but I agree it could have easily been a tradgedy. So fingers crossed that they have checked the garden and made it Pepper proof.
:)
