Dried Fields

A few weeks ago this scene would have looked so differently. The fields would have been a lush green. We so need rain!

Love this country scene... very dry here too. Love how you captured layers of interest here... mailbox and fence, the golden fields, the water, the barn and silos with the lush green trees... so many great elements... beautiful!

@cimes1 - Well, thanks Carole. I went out for 3 hours this weekend trying to get some decent shots but honestly, with the grass this color it just wasn't as appealing. You always make me feel better though.

I love the scene but not the dry conditions. We've been extremely humid and dry ourselves in Toronto - broke some temp records as well.
