I'm starting to understand why my mom wanted so much for me to take ballet when I was a child--and how disappointed she was when I refused (I preferred to play football with my brothers). She reminded me of this the other day when I was raving about Selah's seriousness about ballet. I guess we'll both have to experience it vicariously through her.
