Flexible

Wanted to try something new with the unique lamp I shot earlier this week. Therefore I attempted a multi-exposure that turned out very fascinating.
cool shot

I love this. I like the sense of motion - the lamp has a mind of its own!

@mainebrighteyes - Actually it's not too difficult to do. If your camera has a multi-exposure setting, you set it to how many pictures you want to take and then the camera fuses those pictures together. For example, I set this photograph to 5 exposures. For each picture I took, I moved the lamp so that it was in a different position. After taking the fifth photo, was left this one shot of 5 pictures fused together.

@alovelycupoftea - Thanks very much! This lamp is a fun subject

@cjphoto I can do that, but I don't know how they fuse, as they end up as 5 separate photos when I load them to the computer? Ugh. I am sooo not techy.

@mainebrighteyes - hmm strange. The camera should fuse them together automatically. Are u sure the multi-exposure is on when taking each shot? Also sometimes my camera will turn the multi-exposure off if I take too long between each exposure. With practice I'm sure you'll get the hang of it
