(Day 333) - Popsicle Dive

It’s been sooo cold lately. And on a cold day I was in the need of a…popsicle? Haha for some reason wanted to photograph a popsicle but wasn’t really sure how I wanted to shoot it, so I dipped it in some water to see what would happen. Yeah it was a weird day :P

Cool shot...the reflection at the top of the glass is a little distracting (imho) but otherwise very interesting....wonder what it would look like if dipped into a glass of some flavour of clear carbonated drink (seven up, ginger ale, soda water, etc)?

@lynnb - Thanks so much for the comment and critique Lynn! You're right about the reflection, tell you the truth, I didn't even notice. And a great idea to try carbonated drink! The bubbles will probably look cool which is really the effect I wanted. I'll give it a try this week!

This is colorful and I like that u took a bite of it first. It would be interesting what it would look like in a carbonated drink.

@kimshots - Thanks Kim! haha I could resist taking the bite before soaking it. I rarely drink soda so I bought some sprite yesterday and gonna try it out soon :)
