Don't think I've ever tried a negative space shot while holding my camera horizontally. I made a strong effort to find something that could work and this tall primrose fit the bill.
But this was actually kind of tough. I kept wanting to shot the flower by the rule of thirds. Had to keep reminding myself to compose it more to the side. Eventually I caught on. :)
