(Day 305) - Cookie Dough Delight

Most of the time my cookies come out far too cakey as opposed to round & crisp. Found out one reason this can happens is due to stirring the dough too much. So I'll limit the circular motions and see what happens. :)

This looks like really good dough....but now they are saying you are not to eat cookie dough. But I've been doing it for many, many years. Smile.

Thanks for the kind comments. I've heard the same thing about cookie dough...it's because it contains eggs so not necessarily safe to eat...but I've eaten it before too and it's been fine haha
