(Day 283) - Caged Birds Free

These cages were used for birds at the Old LA Zoo. Even though the birds were moved to expansive Los Angeles Zoo and get to perform in a fascinating bird show, it almost seems like the cages were busted open like a prison break. Maybe, somewhere out there in the park, there's a bird who made it free during the move.

To be honest, out of any animal, I'm most nervous about birds when photographing CJ. They could just swoop in and take him (not too mention the little surprises they leave behind). Thankfully, we never had that happen as most birds are too skittish around humans, but it's still a passing thought. CJ stay on high alert! 🦅😆
Empty frames make an amazing impression and evoke different thoughts. Great shot.

Well, who's to say what happened and in what order? Maybe some bird suted in so they could nest there sometimes.
