(Day 290) - You Are the Zoo!

Our final shot at the LA Zoo has to be one of my favorite animals to photograph. While most animals seem to know they're in captivity, even turning their backs for some privacy, giraffes view us humans as the ones in the zoo! They're so curious and love to observe you.

I saw a giraffe bend its head down lower to observe a little child who was passing through. It was the most adorable thing! In fact, this giraffe caught sight of little CJ and stared at him for a long time. Think about that: This amazingly tall giraffe, taller than mostly everything, actually noticed a little, tiny Legographer!

CJ was very happy about that. He's very curious what the giraffe was thinking. πŸ¦’πŸ€£

Our journeys in the LA Zoo were amazing. We still have more places to visit as CJ's LA Tour continues. πŸ˜„

I just get a lump in my throat when I see your shots.
Wow, the balance of cj and that giraffe are so good in this comp...and of course cj is so appropriately dressed. Also really like how those grasses all lead me right to where cj wants me to look. So clever and thoughtful at setting these up!

What a great shot! So now if we call giving animals human feelings and emotions "anthropormophism" (I know I'm spelling that wrong!) what is it when we give our little plastic muses human feelings and emotions? The same thing? Well, no matter what the answer is I love the way CJ and the Giraffe look like they have a connection going on here- that sounds like a book title!
