How funny, CJ! In Germany they call it "mid Kohlensaure" and Germans tend to like it so much that when they travel to Poland and can't figure out which water has bubbles, they shake the bottle and stare at it to see if it's "frizzante". I'm leaving Germany today -- I wonder what they call it in Czech -- so I can order some for you! BTW, I like the black and white underwater world here!
@jyokota - Thanks for the info!! So are they checking to see if it's actually sparking wine? I know CJ does like to jump into sparking wine any chance he gets. Haha. Wishing you all the best as you travel from Germany, Junko. I definitely gotta catch up with your project soon!
@cjphoto - haha -- well here in Czech Republic, sparkling = perlivรก and I bought jemne perlivรก (can't find the little short vowel mark that goes above the second e) and it means "softly sparkling." I think CJ would go straight for the big bubbles.
