With the coronavirus picking up momentum, CJ heard that it's important to wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
However, that's not easy for the little guy. He might have been better off just taking a bath. 🧼😂

The Art of the Brick exhibit has finally returned to LA. It's the world’s largest display of Lego art and also has hand-on exhibits. But with this virus around, CJ and I are a bit nervous to go to a popular place like that. We'll give it some more time probably. Hopefully we'll get to go. Thankfully, it'll be here until September.
You managed to keep CJ's face dry so he can breathe! Yes, be careful indeed. IF you go soon, maybe you could wear gloves?? It seems that touching infected surfaces is the beginning of a problem.
Our huge photography show's just been cancelled. We all need to be sensible, but I'm just off out to panic buy some radishes and beetroot ( both of which I hate but you never know I might start a trend!)
@kipper1951 - Thanks Chris! I hope so too. I'm sure the exhibit is taking extra precautions too. I probably should get CJ a shower cap...oh wait, he's bald 😂
@koalagardens - Haha, A full body wash would probably be the sensible thing to do! 😅
@dustyloup - You're welcome! A little humor can go a long way in helping us all deal with this circumstance. :)
@kjarn - Thanks Kathy! I had to bring out my flash to freeze the motion. I haven't used flash in a long time but it worked really well!
@jyokota -Thanks!! As you can see, I tilted CJ a bit to keep the water from hitting most of his face. Gloves are a good idea, they can be a bit cumbersome when positioning small objects just right though. I'm very much considering a haz-mat suit for both CJ and myself!! 🤣
@30pics4jackiesdiamond - Oh wow, yeah, many shows and conventions here have been cancelled too. Good judgment is definitely important. Careful...you start the trend and then radishes and beetroot are now no where to be found! 😂
@tonygig - Thank you, Tony!! It was fun exploring water in photography.
@sharandrah - Thanks, Shar!! Creating this photo gave me some helpful reminders.
@lyndemc - Hahaha, you're right!!! He got totally drenched.
@domenicododaro - 🤣 I often forget that Lego minifigures have no nose!! Quite the advantage for him today!
@merrelyn - Thanks! He's trying his best! It was a good reminder.
@gggg - Thanks much, G. The sink is quite the dangerous place for minifigs!
Same here!! Always great to see Lego applauded as art. I've yet to watch Lego Masters! Been so busy. I gotta check it out
Oh Chris I really hope that you (and CJ) get to go! You must be one of their biggest fans! I wonder if they have seen your photos??
Keep cleaning those hands and your little friend CJ’s too. Lol
I think as long as we take proper precaution we can still be out and about. I've always used my elbow to push open doors and of course the hand sanitizer when needed. I hope you and CJ will get to the exhibit. It would be a shame for you to miss that- but thankfully you do have time on your side. Fun shot- I think we all feel like we should be immersed right now!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond -- I think you can safely qualify as the ONLY person panic buying radishes and beetroot! Me, I'm panic-flying home today. If today's plane doesn't get canceled. Might buy peanut butter on the way home from the airport as my panic buy. Oh, and tofu. But not with the peanut butter.

Looks as though CJ is okay to shower :)
Stay safe CJ and Chris 😷
Heard of the Art of the Brick before and that's one of the events in my bucket list. I'll settle for LEGO Masters for now 😁

@olivetreeann - That's true! I'll give it some thought and some time for when we hopefully feel more comfortable...and a haz-mat suit! Haha.
@haskar - Thank you!! There's no end to CJ's comical scenarios.
@grammyn - Thanks, Katy! At least CJ was squeaky clean afterward. lol
