I didn't get a chance to take any bird pics today. The drive home from work was windy and rainy. I was trying to think of a pic for the day as I drove. I thought about my Mom's buttercups. I stopped by her house for a few pics. Most of the pics I took were blurry, because of the wind. These were sheltered a little by an old tree stump. I hope no one noticed me crouched near the ground in the wind and rain! I had my P&S, so they probably couldn't tell I was taking pics. They probably thought I had finally lost my mind. Somedays, I think I have! :0)

i'd love to be taking pics of dafs today! we got hit with a lot of snow a couple of days ago and it makes the winter feel so much longer! i like the splash of yellow and lush greens in your pic --- clear and fresh
