My contribution to spring blossoms. Mine are wild crab apple blossoms. The bees love them.
I had a funny experience today. I decided to play with my crystal ball. I put it on top of a stump that we're going to make into a planter. It has several openings, because the tree was in bad shape. There is one smaller round hole. I thought it would be cool to sit the ball in it for a few pics. I think I had snapped five, when I smelled smoke. Then I SAW smoke. I know I used an ugly word as I jumped forward to grab the ball and put out the smoking wood chips. I had forgotten how hot the ball can get in the sun. I walked around a bit and then I did what a true 365er would do. I tried it again. More smoke in no time at all! The pics weren't that great, but I'm going to try again tomorrow. :0)

I suppose it acted like a magnifying glass, and began to concentrate the light behind it. Must've been quite a hot spot in the day as it normally would take a bit of strong sunshine to achieve that. I guess the crystal ball is saying you should keep on your toes!
