It was cold enough this morning to try some frozen bubbles! (12*F, -11*C) The wind was a little problem for good focus and for a premature "pop" but it was fun to get to practice again.
Our temperatures are getting closer, but the strong winds are still making it impossible - (or I'd have to be awfully fast -NOT!) love the patterns on this and your lighting.
I love your sharp focus on the patterns. Some of them look like tall, snow-covered pine trees to me. I can only imagine how tricky it is to get this shot. So beautiful and well worth your efforts, Carolyn!
Not only do I love the shapes made by the frost, but I also love the lighting and shadow on the bubble... it's almost like looking at a tiny planet. :)
