I took this for the F-word challenge but realised that it was more the situation than the photo that was farcical.
Heard someone beeping their horn repeatedly last night so, of course, I had a quick look out. Turned out it was someone wanting something from the shop but couldn't be bothered leaving their car. So the guy in green came out and took their order then came back with the pint of milk - honestly!
It's far from the first time I've seen this happen, but somehow it still surprises me every time.
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
Edit: 28/3/23: It seems I'm not good at consistent...
@rubyshepherd haha, thanks. you can also be lazy and call them to bring stuff up to your apartment but I haven't been sucked in that far as yet! I feel it's all downhill from there
Interesting...just to be the devil's advocate -- I see it is a large van. Could it be a person with a physical disability and in a wheelchair, who can drive, but for whom getting in and out of the van is a big production number. Perhaps if you've seen it before, he/she is a regular customer who has worked this accommodation out with the merchant. It certainly must look farcical whatever the situation. I hope you weren't awakened from your sleep!
@mcsiegle That's a very fair point, and is possible. It's something that is reasonably common in general though and is more linked to laziness and the fact that it's very hot outside.
