Fast and Low

I thought I might struggle to get this image in on time. Up early, long drive, rain and 40 mph winds and climbing a beautiful Welsh mountain. And, then capture this low-flying, fast moving aircraft. 200-600 mm lens used, handheld.

Excellent Cliff! I admire anyone getting up very early to capture any photography but to drive out to Wales to capture this deserves an extra Brownie point! Now tell us what the plane is?
