Pigeon Close Up

I didn't have a theme or subject today until I saw a group of birds congregating near the docks... I started shooting some seagulls, but they weren't very amused with the sound of my camera clicking so I found a couple of pigeons nearby. I did not intend on a close up, but the colors and clarity satisfied me on this one. Next time, I think I should include his legs and feet.

Pigeons usually look so plain but you've captured his colours really well - loving the blues and green on his neck.
