I'm back home after driving 800km yesterday. I left my sunny south of France to find a cold and rainy Switzerland.....bbrrrrrr, I've lost 15 Celsius degres on my way!
Never mind, today is busy after almost 2 months away: appointments, fill the fridge, prepare the kids for the school that start in 2 days, clean a bit, cook, administrative papers to do....
Coming back from holidays sucks! 😜

That's a long drive. We did the same distance a few days ago. School doesn't start for another 3 years so we're still in summer mode here. I love your kite shot. Such pretty colours.

I'm used to drive alone and long distance, with a good car and music it's ok....what is a pain is leaving the summer house and the family, but we have plan a big even for Christmas !
Welcome home...great use of negative space in this image. We're leaving tomorrow for a mere 230 miles back to Chicago with the opposite of what you had...we're leaving a relatively comfortable place for a heat wave in the 90s with 90% humidity and rain -- and we'll be moving during all of this. UGH!
