I like this bright picture. It is so typical of the Greek islands. And it is so good to eat when it has been properly dried.

@etienne I had to search why they are doing that : so I’ve understood that they used to make them dried to eat them during winter .... then they cooked dried octopuss with a sauce.... counting the flies that were around.... it would say no thanks...Is it good that way ?
I only ate it “fresh” on the grill : same than in Portugal and a lot of other places : very good !
