For home-made these look nice to me! Hard to get them just right - extérieur caramélisé, intérieur moelleux - without the professional equipment

@dustyloup merci, je n'ai pas les fameux moules en cuivre mais ceux en silicone permettent une belle croute caramelisée a l'exterieur... je conseille !
