@randystreat take out the “cap”, take out the seeds with a spoon, then fill the inside with thin slices of bread, then, mushroom, oignons or leeks in small pieces, cheese and cream, then put it in the oven 3 hours 1/2 at 160 degres Celsius...
@randystreat amounts depend on the size of the pumpkin Kathy, I don’t know if I’m a good cooker but I’ve to admit I never mesure the amount, except for pastries ;)
