Today was very busy.
My daughter is in Mexico with her boyfriend for a wedding of friends. But 3 days before leaving they have been accepted for renting an appartment they loved …, they are currently living in a small but furnished studio of 23 square meters.
So today I was in charge of the delivery of the keys and the the inventory of fixtures.
Then I’ve been to IKEA to buy the minimum to furnish the kitchen , the trunk of my car was full so I’ll have to go back another day to buy the rest ( my daughter gently made me a big wish list 😉).
Then back to receive their huge mattress that the delivery guy let in the entrance of the building… I manage to make it enter alone with a lot of efforts in the tiny old lift and believe it or not got stuck with it few minutes because I did t realize they were two doors in the lift and the second one that should open on the 4th floor were supposed to be open from the inside … a great moment of panic !
To finish with a touch of elegance : On my way back home in the car I have realized I was wearing my top on the wrong side : with label , washing advices, sewings out and the buttons in …. And a lot of people have probably noticed it, but nobody told me 🫢
