@byrdlip I had to check what a icf exteriors walls means ...😂 so yes it is ! We bought and old house and just kept the concrete walls and the roof , then we have change everything from the ground , electricity, isolation ... it would have been more easy to build a new house ... ;)
@cocobella Thank you. Sometimes rebuilding the interior is more fun then starting from scratch, less paperwork to do, at least where I live. Enjoy your new house.
