Choco-licious

Inevitably there is less time for photography on work days but as I work as a chef, I guess there are always going to be a few visual opportunities. Today this chocolate ganache caught my eye!

@natalie80 definitely agree on the long unsociable hours bit! Although I work for myself now, there are some benefits but hours can be just as long!! I feel your hubby's pain!!

@cookingkaren oh wow! Ultimately what he wants to do. He's exec head chef so he's got the benefit of being his own boss but downside of having to be there at the drop of a hat 😩
