My mum in law has a wonderful olive tree in her garden. It is about 10 years old and is thriving despite the English climate. This afternoon we spotted about six large ripe olives on the tree. I think it has only produced one or two before so this is big news! We wont be producing our own olive oil just yet! ;)
But you can try to preserve olives... It can take few attempts (few years) to get it right even if you know what to do... Photo is beautiful with those cold tones
