We were invited to an evening event at my favourite local cliff top cafe. It’s beautiful location in a bat protected area means that all customers are required to leave before dark so as not to disturb the bats. We had a little walk at dusk & it was so peaceful. All we could hear were the nesting guillemots on the cliff. Never did see any bats!
