I'm not one who loves going outside during the winter season. Photography becomes more of an indoor hobby which is a problem for me. I have a hard time being motivated with indoor photographic subjects. So I am going to experiment and try to find subjects in my everyday environment even though they will be as mundane as possible. Here, a capture in my friend's house. I chose the monochrome version to accentuate the lines and the high contrast.
It’s that time of year, I think a lot of people struggle with motivation in the winter with everywhere devoid of colour.

I like the reflection framed in the mirror frame. I'm with you. Many evenings it's late and I still don't have my daily photo because I don't get out much any time of year unless it's to and from somewhere else inside.
You're off to a good start on your indoor series. Beautiful minimalist color scheme and reflection! I have absolutely no ability when it comes to indoor or still life photos.
