Gingerbread house

A little late perhaps, but still a fun holiday activity for the kids to make with my wonderful Mum ( @jan11).

@subi06 This was a cheat Sue - I bought a kit from K-mart after Christmas ... I think it cost $6 and had everything in the kit so all the had to do was assemble and add the icing and lollies .... and despite being pre made, shop-bought gingerbread, it tastes really nice.
That being said, it may be cool enough to bake a batch this weekend.
