You asked if I had walked around Gribdale. Well, I have done quite a few walks in this area, starting with the Cleveland Way in the early 1990s, and after Moorsbus started to run a later bus back to York (when it was sponsored by the national park) I covered quite a few routes in the area. The most memorable was a dad and daughter walk up Roseburry Topping with my eldest daughter shortly before her wedding. It's a lovely area to explore!
