Rocker Robin by craftymeg

Rocker Robin

This little chap was so tame bobbin around the seat where we were sitting. He looked as if he was a bit worse for wear and he was stood on one leg, it wasn't until I checked the other photos that I realised he only had one leg, bless the poor wee thing!

Thank you for all your comments and favs, I'm going to have to be good and not be typing as much, I had a very painful day yesterday and I think I might be in trouble tonight when I get my stitches out:(.
Poor wee thing. This is a lovely picture. I particularly like the detail of his feathers.

Poor thing! Lovely shot!

@neatz Hi Anita I took the shot with my trusty canon sx50 bridge camera
I always use my manual settings and get some really good shots. It's zoom is amazing 50 x and this enables me to take photos from a distance without frightening wildlife away. For my other shots I use my canon 650d with an assortment of lenses. Hope this helps :)

@craftymeg I am in need of a proper camera. Have a reasonable olympus digital but need an SLR so curious as to what people use. A nikon or canon I reckon. But don't know if a kit lens will do or not
